Historical Significance
1977 marked 25 years since Elizabeth II came to the throne. Instead of a portrait or landscape, the Mint chose the Throne of the Senate for that year's collector dollar, a design by Raymond Lee used only for this issue.
Why We Love This One
A one-year design with a real royal connection, and toning you won't find on a cased example. A colourful piece for a Jubilee collection.
