Historical Significance

The Transportation series (2000 to 2003) celebrated Canadian-built ships, cars and locomotives, one design at a time, each with a hologram cameo. The Scotia, built in 1861, is noted as the first locomotive in Canada built with a steel boiler, which reduced heat loss and gave it more power.

Why We Love This One

A handsome old steam engine with a hologram twist. A full ounce of sterling in its complete original packaging is a great pick for any railway fan.
