A coast-to-coast journey on a small coin: Steve Hepburn's design for Canada's 150th birthday runs from an orca, an inukshuk and a polar bear with her cub, past the Rockies and the Prairies, to a fishing boat in the east, with the Canadian flag flying and two kids playing pond hockey in front.
